Founder and currently sole owner of the company. Daniel has grown up with the ocean and outdoor has spent the largest part of his life in and around nature and is committed to doing his part in restoring the balance and educating people on environmental issues through programs cleanups and training responsible divers. He had been a dive instructor for a few years on a freelance basis working mostly weekend while pursuing a legal career, and in less than a year of working behind a desk and 4 walls realized he might not survive it. Thus turning to diving full time and all the other adventures that come with running a centre like ADVENTURE’S EDGE. He has never looked back! He has currently been an active scuba instructor for 9 years and has diving, technical diving, and diving related certifications from multiple companies and is currently a registered Instructor with PADI(sport and pro), IANTD(technical), DAN(diving emergencies and insurance) EFR(diving first aid). He is also registered as a Abseil supervisor, Top-Rope Supervisor, and Single pitch lead supervisor (rock climbing).

Has been instructing at Adventure’s edge for the past year and has a deep seeded passion for diving and the ocean. He also has a great love for the outdoors and outdoor activities and is also committed to the environment and is regularly involved in education and clean-ups as well as being the master mind behind some of our programs.

Is a product of Adventure’s Edge and has pursued her diving vigorously and is our freelance under water photographer. Nadene is currently an MSD with around 200 dives(not bad for a girl).

Is the newest addition to Adventure’s Edge and runs the admin, shop, and communications. She is an avid photographer and is currently an Open Water Diver busy with her Advanced course. Alison loves all things animal and an avid supporter of as many causes as she can fit in!(including ours)

Jaco is a highly experienced “Web Designer slash Developer” with loads of successful large-scale web projects under his belt. He studied Graphic Web Development and Internet Marketing at Prestige Computer Academy. He’s a bit of a genius with the interwebs and unlike most computer geeks, he enjoys working with clients.

But he is not just a developer and designer – he is also a force to be reckoned with when it comes to creating and implementing effective internet marketing strategies. He is also constantly doing research in the online arena in order to improve both his knowledge-base and his service offering, and ensure that his friends remain awe-struck by his superiorness.

Balance is extremely important to Jaco and he tries to make every moment count, whether he’s working, chilling with friends or spending quality time with his better half. Some of his many other skills include photography and videography, but he’s nothing like that guy in that movie who films plastic bags.
